A Bit About Me

I am an MBA student with the Faculty of Business, University of New Brunswick Canada. In 2005 I became a Chartered Human Resource Professional and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), with Canada’s CPHR in view. I bagged an MSc in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Brunel University London United Kingdom, and a BSc in Accounting from University of Nigeria Nsukka.

A fluent speaker of English and French I revel in environments such as the Atlantic Canada, where I can flex my bilingual muscles. An insatiable desire for constant learning, improvement and positive impact drives me to research further and unearth a better version of myself daily.

I have extensive intercontinental banking experience in various capacities such as Sales, Marketing, Team Leadership, Relationship Management and Customer Service from blue chip banks such as Zenith Bank Plc and former Bank PHB in Nigeria and Barclays Bank Plc UK. I am enthused by dynamic organisations and the stakeholders, internal and external who drive them. Beyond being multidisciplinary, I am multisectoral, having equally worked in Executive Management position as Head of Customer Service for an energy company, Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) in Nigeria, with all 5 provinces in the South-Eastern region under my purview. I am an astute Entrepreneur and Founder of Mimikoye Apparel, an Afro-western Fashion House with legendary products and customer experience. I have served as Head of Human Resources and Administration for SDEM Erectors Nigeria Ltd since 2020. Passionate about all things HR and research, I currently hold a Research Assistant role under the auspices of Dr Oyet, MBA Programme Director UNBSJ, investigating into workplace interpersonal mistreatment and employee wellbeing.

Some of my literary works and publications are –
